Once you have submitted this form we will generate your invoice to enable you to pay your deposit.
By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

I confirm I am the buyer of the vehicle.

I agree to pay a deposit of a minimum amount of £150.00

I agree to pay the remaining balance in full via Bank Transfer, Cash or Finance.

I understand that my deposit is non-refundable unless prior agreement has been discussed or the vehicle is not as described.

I understand that I am liable for any costs and expenses incurred which are in excess of the £250 deposit, for example but not limited to requesting a tow bar to be installed.

I confirm that if I am part exchanging a vehicle then I am the legal owner. I will disclose any known faults at the time of part exchange. I will disclose if it has been in an accident, used as a taxi, driving school car or for private hire.

All goods shall remain the property of the seller until such time as the purchase price in full is received by the seller and any payments have cleared.
Nothing in this order is intended to affect, nor will it affect a consumers statutory rights.
