How we use Your information
Customer’s email is used only for product related communications like sending invoices and warranty related documents. The address and telephone number is used for the purpose of creating a sales invoice, registering the vehicle to yourself with the DVLA, mailing any related documents and providing you with any extra products you may choose to purchase (Warranties, Finance, AUTOGLYM Lifeshine ETC). Other than these areas, the information has no commercial usage.
How long do we store data for?
We will store your purchase invoice for 7 years inline with UK accounting requirements. All other non-required data will be erased 24 months after you have purchased your vehicle.
If at any time you wish to know what data we old on you, please get in touch. We are happy to remove all your data at any time.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instruction contained within each of the communications you receive.
If you wish to use our referral service to tell a friend or family about our website or to share your wish list, we will may ask for your friend’s or relative’s name and/or email address. We will automatically send your friend or family a one-time email inviting them to visit the site or view your wish list.
